The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the filled-in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase.

The provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information at all times: company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service, all prices clearly and unequivocally determined, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the deadline during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal and the explained procedure in the event of a complaint, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. ORDERS

The photos of the products are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the products (especially in terms of color deviation). The provider does not guarantee the correctness and completeness of the data on the pages of the online store (text or image material).

The buyer is responsible for the information provided during the order execution process. The provider is not responsible for possible delivery errors due to an incorrect address.

After submitting the order, the buyer receives a contract (invoice) via e-mail. The contract (invoice) is stored in electronic form on the server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile.

Discount codes do NOT stack unless otherwise stated and do NOT apply to products on sale.

Return of goods and the right to withdraw from the purchase

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods to the company via e-mail info@evermagicshop.com or by phone at +38631669897, without having to indicate reason for your decision. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 30 days after the notification of the intended return. The return of the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider is not obliged to accept ransom shipments!

The product returned by the consumer must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity. If the goods are damaged, dirty, without original packaging or there are visible traces of use (inside or outside of the item), the provider reserves the right to refuse the return.

After returning the goods, the provider will transfer the refund, i.e. the purchase price of the returned product or products, the provider is not obliged to refund costs incurred due to shipping. The consumer can also decide to exchange and choose another product, but must notify the provider at the same time as returning the goods.

Order cancellation

The user can cancel the placed order without additional costs until receiving an email about the shipment of the goods. Order cancellation can only be done at info@evermagicshop.com. Upon cancellation, the user must provide the following information:

The provider is not responsible for any errors (grammatical, typographical, etc.) in connection with the price of the items. In case of any errors, the customer will be notified.
