SHIPPING POLICY
If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped no later than two (2) working days from the date of payment. The delivery time in Slovenia for items in stock is usually 2-5 working days, and abroad usually from 5 to 12 days (depending on the customer's country). If the product is not in stock, the delivery date will be extended.
The cost of postage with Pošta Slovenije for Slovenia is EUR 3.66 (regardless of the weight, quantity and size of your order). For purchases over €45, shipping in Slovenia is free. The price of postage for international orders is automatically calculated at the checkout. The provider decides for himself which delivery service he will use to send the order. All orders are carefully packed in cardboard boxes.
All items in the online store www.evermagicshop.com have availability information, or it is specially marked if the product is not available. Delivery information applies to business days.
In the case of prepayment, the provider is not responsible for physical damage, destruction or loss of the shipment from the moment of handing over the shipment, with the ordered products, to the delivery service, as well as not if the contents of the shipment are missing or if the shipment shows signs of openings (packaging has visible damage). In all of these cases, the user must initiate a complaint procedure at the delivery post office, i.e. take the shipment to the nearest post office in the same condition as it was received, without adding or removing anything, and fill out a complaint report. He also informs the provider about this at the contact e-mail info@evermagicshop.com.
Resolving complaints and claims from warranty or material defects are resolved in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of purchase of goods and services.
Inspect the goods you receive immediately and report any defects/damages within eight (8) working days of receiving the package. We do not consider later complaints.Complaints about items with an existing error should be reported to the provider by e-mail info@evermagicshop.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods to the company via e-mail info@evermagicshop.com or by phone at +38631669897, without having to indicate reason for your decision. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 30 days after the notification of the intended return. The return of the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The provider is not obliged to accept ransom shipments! The product returned by the consumer must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity. If the goods are damaged, dirty, without original packaging or there are visible traces of use (inside or outside of the item), the provider reserves the right to refuse the return. After returning the goods, the provider will transfer the refund, i.e. the purchase price of the returned product or products, the provider is not obliged to refund costs incurred due to shipping.
The consumer can also decide to exchange and choose another product, but must notify the provider at the same time as returning the goods.
